Simran is a family lawyer who resolves parenting and property matters in a calm, efficient, and empathetic manner, so that her clients can exit their relationship in a dignified manner. She is experienced in managing cases involving difficult persons on the other side.
Simran practises exclusively in family law. She represents clients in all aspects of family law, including negotiating property settlements and parenting agreements, and advocating for clients in court hearings.
Simran graduated from Monash University with a Juris Doctor (JD). She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in Canada, where she grew up.
Simran has volunteered her services at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Legal Action for Afghanistan, Monash Law Clinics, South Port Community Legal Service, and the Fitzroy Legal Service.
Outside of work, Simran is a proud dog mum to Scout.
